You can easily understand what a Smart TV is from the term “SMART” alone. We know what smartphones are!

It has the same Principle as smart TVs the only difference is the latter is with televisions, not mobile phones and devices.

A smart TV is a Television that has its own Central Processing Unit [CPU] inside, which you can use to connect to the internet, access media [images and videos, mobile phone mirroring, communication, use various applications like Netflix, Hot star etc.

It is basically the whole enhancement and development of the television we once knew.

The easiest way to confirm is to check your televisions menu. If you see something along the lines of application sections, you have a smart TV!

You can also check if you have streaming programs like YouTube, Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney+ and others on the remote buttons, or if you see Wi-Fi or LAN ports on the television.

Not all people have the eye in determining whether or not their televisions are Smart in this time of mobile phones and laptops where everything is handy.

Application section: it is the primary feature including video streaming apps, social media and games.

Featured buttons on the remote: you can always check the remote most of them have the access of the pre-installed and programmed applications on it.

Ethernet Port or Jacks: where you can connect an Ethernet cable or cable that’s connected to the modem or a router. Note:- USB port and HDMI port are different from what an Ethernet port is.

Contact the Manufacturer: through serial number and the model you purchase for example, Samsung or LG you can never go wrong and always contact the manufacturer.
